The reception followed at the Omni Hotel. The weather outside was forgotten & their guests partied all night.

It was definitely the place to be seen & partying. Norma of

It has been 22 years that I've had the pleasure of working with this beautiful Edelstein family. Maria outdid herself making this fabulous Sweet 16 for Leah. The theme was the Oscars & the guests were greeted on the red carpet by Joan Rivers. Marilyn Monroe sang Happy Birthday to Leah! The dance floor was packed all night & a great time was had by all!

It was a cold & windy day in Ocean City but Donna & I braved the elements to take beach photos for Jennifer & Mike. I have been working with Jennifer & her family since she was 5 years old. What a beautiful women she has become! Mike was a little camera shy at the beginning but he really got the hang of it & actually enjoyed himself. I can't wait until their wedding next year!

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing my niece Erin & my new nephew Kevin's wedding. We started at the Inn at Penn with the family & the bridal party & then we took a walk across the street for some bride & groom portraits. The ceremony & reception were at the Vietnam Cafe which was simply beautiful. The flowers were by
Ten Pennies Florist & the entire event was put together by Erin's sister ( my niece) Jennifer of Breslow Partners. The food was great & the party terrific. I wish Erin & Kevin a long & happy life together!

OMG! This month's speaker at the breakfast was Peter Vidmar who was the highest scoring gymnast in Olympic history. It has been 27 years since the 1984 Olympic games when he finished his career & you would not believe the shape he's in. He actually had a pommel horse set up on stage & showed us some of his moves. I'm not sure exactly how old he is now but what he did amazed me at any age. We had a sell out crowd which included Tracy Davidson of NBC 10 & of course the famous Ron Jaworski. What an group to be a part of! I get inspired a every event.

Donna & I fell in love with Katie & Steve when we did their engagement photos at the lakes in South Philly. We couldn't wait to photograph their wedding which took place on July 9th at the beautiful Downtown Club. The photo of Katie alone was even taken in the bathroom of the club. We had a gorgeous day, hot with low humidity but even so we tried to stay in the shade for the photos. The ceremony was officiated by a Rabbi & a Priest so I guess their really, really married! The party rocked with music provided by CTO 5th Avenue. I hope we will be able to work with them in the future.

On Friday, Donna & I went to the park with my studio manager Melissa , her Niece Hailey & her mommy & daddy. This baby was the most fun ever! She posed & laughed & never cried at all no matter how many times we changed her outfits. At 10 months old that is quite an accomplishment! We fell in love with her & when we were finished we had to pry her away from Donna. We can't wait to photograph her again.

My friend Mimi's husband Rafi made the most fabulous surprise birthday party for her at the spectacular new venue in Northern Liberties Tendenza. Mimi was so shocked when she walked into the room. The place looks like a NY night club & the DJ had the crowd on the floor all night. I won't say how old she is now but my business partner met Mimi when she was 17 & he was photographing her sisters wedding. It was a fun night for all!

What a fabulous rainy day! We all kept our spirits high & ignored the weather on Saturday, April 16th. We had Mer & Scott's wedding to celebrate. Even though they had their hearts set on portraits in Rittenhouse Square we got permission to use the beautiful lobby of the Ben Franklin. We then went to Cescaphe for the ceremony & the reception & as usual the room looked breathtaking. The crowd was kept on the dance floor all night with one of the EBE bands Rio led by Jonathan Harwood.

March's BCA events started out with a speaker reception at The Hub City View. Our host for the evening was Allied Mortgage. The venue is gorgeous & the views of the city spectacular. We were treated to the song styling of Wendy Monaco from Allied. If the mortgage business stops working for her she can take her singing career on the road. Friday morning we had our breakfast meeting at the Union League. We have a new member in
Advanced Staging Productions & the room looked fabulous. Our VIP member was Corner 2 Corner Construction and since the Jaworski's were out of town celebrating a special birthday our friend Don Tollefson was the MC. Our speaker was Mark Mayfield who is known as "The Corporate Comedian".He has shared the stage with many celebrities and has introduced the President of the United States on a live, nationwide television broadcast. He gave a very funny presentation and had the entire room laughing.

What a fun party! We joined Will & his friends last Saturday night at Citizens Bank Park. The kids were given a tour of the park and enjoyed a great ballpark buffet with make your own sundaes. We are so blessed to be able to work with such adorable brides & grooms & their families. On Friday, December 10th we spent the day & evening with Rachel & Rob. We started at Rachel's parents home in Northeast Philly & then went to Media for the ceremony & then back to the city to the Ballroom at the Ben for the reception. Even though it was dark & cold we managed to get the requested photo with City Hall in the background. I know Rachel for a while since she works for the Hilton Garden Inn & we are both members of the BCA. We hope that they are as happy & loving all the years to come as they were on their wedding day.

We are so lucky to have such nice clients to work with. Donna & I just photographed an engagement session with Katie Cooper & Steve Holt. We are photographing their wedding in July 2011. The day we did the sitting was supposed to be warmish & sunny. Well it wasn't warm or sunny & the wind was blowing rather hard & we had to pose Katie so that her long hair was not covering her cute face. They were champs about the whole thing & didn't complain once. We got some great shots regardless of the weather. I can't wait to photograph them on their wedding day!

I don't know how to put into words my feelings for Tamlyn & Joe & what an honor it was for Donna, Felicia & I to participate in their Wedding Day. I first met Tamlyn a few years ago through the BCA an organization I belong to. I met Joe briefly over the years but did not have the chance to really know him until Donna & I went to their home for an engagement session. They are both not only gorgeous but the nicest, sweetest people you would ever meet. Needless to say their families are the same way. The most remarkable thing that day was that Tamlyn's 97 year old grandfather was able to join the festivities. The Wedding took place on October 9th at the Willows in Radnor. The decor was done by the incredable Ann Catania of Ten Pennies Flowers. The ceremony was for immediate family & then all the guests arrived for dinner & dancing. The weather was perfect & the party was a blast!

I've been so busy I have not had a chance to update my blog. Those of you who have seen my blog before know that I am a member of the Business Clubs America.The cocktail reception that is always the night before the breakfast was held at the Vesper Club on boat house row with a great view of our city from the balcony. The breakfast meetings which take place at the Union League bi-monthly are designed to bring together like-minded business leaders who understand the value in establishing business relationships.This past Friday our speaker was Jim "The Rookie" Morris. He gave a fabulous, funny presentation about his life & how he succeeded (at a very mature age) at his dream of pitching in the Major League. They did a movie about his life & Dennis Quaid played him. We always have a charity spot light & this month it was the Utility Emergency Services Fund. This is a remarkable charity which not only helps people in need pay their utility bills but often other bills as well. Even though the breakfasts start at 7 am & I am not an early riser, I always leave them motivated & excited & this month was no exception.

On July 30th Donna, Felicia & I spent the day & evening with Becca & Josh & their friends & families at the fabulous Loews Hotel. I first met the bride at Silk City Diner where she is a bartender. It was love (not the kind that she has with Josh) at first sight. If you ask anyone that knows Becca you will find out that everyone feels the same way. We started out the day in her room photographing everyone helping her get ready. We left the room (with her 2 flower girls helping with the gown) to meet Josh & roam around town to some of their favorite places. We started in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton & then ended at McGillin's Old Ale House where they first met. We ended the party up on the roof with our beautiful city behind them & then under the Loews sign by the front of the hotel. We wish them the best of everything & hope that the rest of their life is as wonderful as that night was.

Donna & I are back from the Outer Banks of NC where we spent 2 days with Kristen & Ed & their family & friends photographing their Wedding & all the events leading up to it. Deb Loggia who is an event planner in Philly recommended us for this job. We drove down last Wednesday & for those of you who have never seen the Chesapeake Bay Tunnel bridge it is a sight to behold. It is 15 miles of bridge & you go thru 2 tunnels. It was simply breathtaking! Then there was the amazing house they rented for the week in Corolla with 10 bedrooms, man cave (large room with pool table bar & kitchen), movie theater & elevator. We started on Thursday morning with casual portraits on the beach. Then the girls went to the spa for an afternoon of relaxation & treatments. The rehearsal dinner barbecue was held around the pool & nobody does barbecue as well as in the south. On Friday we started documenting the day with everyone getting ready & then we went to the church for the ceremony. We came back to the house for family & Bride & Groom portraits. The cocktail hour was at the pool & the formal dinner was in the house overlooking the ocean. The dancing was on a deck above the pool & when Kristen & Ed did their first dance the sun was setting behind them. What a great time we had!

What a great Memorial Day Weekend! Donna & I had the best time photographing Bonnie & Justin's Wedding at the Loews Hotel in the city. The weather was beautiful & their families were super nice. We had Gina Sole the Wedding Planner help coordinate everything & of course David Hall at the Loews makes the day flow without a hitch. The room decor & personal flowers were done by Kathy Patty Warden of Table Art. The Millennium Hall is one of the most spectacular rooms in the city & the view from the 33rd floor is quite amazing. The dance floor was hopping all night to the sounds of Paris one of the EBE Bands.

Cameron's Bat Mitzvah at the Zoo

On the 22nd of May, Donna & I partied at the Philadelphia Zoo with the Schaeffer family to celebrate Cameron's Bat Mitzvah. The service was in the Treehouse & the reception in the PECO Primate Reserve. There were fabulous areas to take portraits including the animal carousel outside of the Treehouse. The decor was provided by Carol Powers Gordon & her crew & the entertainment , lighting, DJ's, Emcee's, dancers & stilt walker were provided by Norma Michaels Entertainment What a unique venue to have a party! The kids had a ball & so did the monkeys & gorillas.

Le Meridien Hotel Opening Ceremony

On May 6th we saw a great addition to our city. Mayor Nutter cut the ribbon at the opening of the new Le Meridien Hotel at Broad & Arch. This Historic Building used to be the YMCA. The beautiful ballroom used to be the gym. What a magnificent restoration to this gorgeous property. The restaurant is called Amuse & the menu looks delicious & not over priced. Stop in for a drink at the lobby bar & check out this new Hotel in Philly.

What a fabulous feeling I get when I work with a family for many years. On Saturday the 10th Donna & I were at Lexi's Bat Mitzvah. We started early in the morning at Temple Beth Am. We then went to Philmont Country Club were we were joined by my video crew John & my partner Louis. Lexi's grandpop (may he rest in peace) was our family Doctor for many years & an extremely wonderful man. We 1st worked for the family when Louis photographed Lexi's Uncle Ed's Bar Mitzvah. We went on to photograph her parents wedding & her Uncle Ed & Vicki's wedding & now here we are at Lexi's Bat Mitzvah. The crowd was kept on the dance floor by Mark from Cutting Edge DJ's. A great time was had by all!

Last night Donna & I had the pleasure of photographing the fund raising event for Mission Kids. They are a non-profit Child Advocacy Center for child abuse in Montgomery County. The event was held at the beautiful Merion Tribute House with with Leslie Rosen Caterers providing the fabulous food. There was entertainment provided by The Quaker Dozen an accopella choir & a DJ from Norma Michaels Entertainment. Pat Ciarrocchi was the program moderater, Risa Vetri-Ferman the DA of Montgomery County is the President of the Board of Directors & Abbie Newman the Executive Director of Mission Kids. It was a fun filled evening and with the help of all the sponsors & donors they raised a lot of money for the Center.

It's BCA (Business Clubs America) time again! For those of you that follow my blogs you know that every 2 months very early on a Friday morning the BCA has breakfast meetings at the Union League. We always have great motivational speakers & this morning was no exception. We had Coach Jon Gruden talk to us & boy did he pump the crowd up. I always stay after the presentation to take photos of our members with the speaker & today the line was the longest I've ever seen it. While I was taking the photos I had to let CBS borrow Jon to do an interview. Our member David Neff the president of Neff Associates our PR firm set up the TV coverage. It is also the 1st time I was ever in a photo & David gets the credit for that. The Philadelphia chapter of the BCA is owned by Ron Jaworski & run by his daughter Joleen. It is the best business development resource ever.

On March 13th, Donna & I had the pleasure of photographing the Wedding of Brigid & Tom. It was the 1st large Wedding at a brand new & ultra exciting venue on the top floor of the Piers at Caesars in Atlantic City. The One Atlantic venue is right over the ocean & the views are simply spectacular. Ten Pennies did the flowers & added to the beauty of the rooms. Brigid & Tom were a pleasure to work with & we took hundreds of great photographs. I am fortunate to be on the very exclusive vendor list at this very beautiful facility.

Every year at xmas time on my way home from visiting my Mom in the nursing home I pass this fabulous house. I never have my camera with me. This year I remembered to bring it so I could show everyone the phenomenal decorations. It is located on Butler Pike in Ambler close to where 309 intersects. It is truly a sight to behold. On the night before Thanksgiving I convinced my boyfriend Steve to help me carry my equipment to photograph family groups on location. Of course I had to bribe him with dinner & dancing at the Moshulu. The Jaworski family needed portraits in their Live United T- shirts for the United Way. Well after following google maps & going 20 miles out of the way we arrived & set up. I have been working with the family for about 3 years now & have such a good time with them. One of my favorite photos was when I had Joleen put the T-shirt on her dog.

On November 7th my favorite employee Melissa got married. Her husband Mark is a prince of a guy he is always sending her flowers just because he loves her. She is truly a special young lady & has been with me since college. The church was in Paoli & had the most beautiful stained glass windows. The reception was in the Waterford Ballroom at the Valley Forge Radisson. Donna & I were guests as well as photographers & the food was delicious. The DJ had the crowd on the floor all night.

On October 4, my favorite salon & spa, Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa & Salon had a fundraiser for Adopt a pig with a fabulous fashion show competition. There were 6 groups of stylists responsible for hair, makeup & coordinating outfits for a team of models. AMP Audio Visual provided the set up & lighting. Susan Barnett from CBS was the MC. Per Lei in Media provided the clothes & Safian & Rudolph Jewelers donated a diamond bracelet that was hidden in a handbag that was raffled off. The judges of the contest were Justin Depasquale from Depasquale the Spa, Simona Douglas of Luxe, Tara Behan of Main Line Today & my very favoite Custom Clothier Brian Lipstein of Henry Davidsen. Team 5 was the winner! I myself happen to be a Joseph Anthony groupie. I am constantly there getting spa treatments, bringing friends for treatments & getting my hair done. On October 1st Donna & I were on hand to photograph the Philly 100 awards at the Annenberg Center. This years event was the largest by far. Some of the sponsors & friends of mine were Leib Solutions & Chuck, Evan & Helene Polin from The Training Resource Group.The catering was done by another one of my favorites Culinary Concepts . The MC of the program was none other then Ron Jaworski, he kept the program moving along with his quick wit. This years event was so exciting that I know next years will even be bigger & better.

Oh what a night! The joint was jumping on Wednesday night when Culinary Concepts and the Independence Seaport Museum partnered up as Events at ISM. The crowd came out to see the new facelift on the ballroom and partake of the fabulous food and drink. The decor in one room & outdoors was done by Hope at Eventricity. The main ballroom was decor by Penncora. The spectacular fireworks that ended the evening was International Fireworks. The Seaport Museum is one of the only places in the city that has a deck overlooking the Delaware and also a wall of windows that looks out on the deck. What a beautiful new venue to have in Philly.

What a fabulous Labor Day weekend. Donna & I spent ours with Amalea & George & their friends & families. We started early with the bride & her family getting ready at the Loews Hotel. From there we went down to Wilmington for the Greek Orthodox ceremony. There were more priests then I have ever seen including Georges father. The church was just spectacular. We then headed back to Philly to the reception & dinner at the Loews. Boy do those Greeks know how to party & throw money around the dance floor. We went upstairs to the roof for a photo under the full moon. I was able to get into their suite to photograph the gorgeous way the Loews set it up, embroidered pillowcases & a rose heart. How do you think they were able to order the full moon?

On September 18th we had our morning BCA breakfast at the Union League. Our speaker this month was Sgt. Matt Eversham. For those of you who don't recognize the name he was portrayed in the movie Black Hawk Down. We also had the Deputy Mayor address the audience with a message from Mayor Nutter. We were honoring the service men & women who risk their lives for this country. It was an extemely moving program.

On August 28th Donna & I went to the Great Bay Country Club in Somers Point. A friends daughter Melissa was getting married to a very handsome guy Eric. She had her heart set on a casual garden ceremony & dance party. The grounds were gorgeous, a beautiful gazebo with a pond & fountain & fabulous flowers. The weather forecast was scary but when we started the family groups & portraits things were OK. We just about got finished with the last group & we felt the 1st drops of rain. Then the heavens opened up with a downpour for what seemed like an hour. It finally let up slightly so that the Rabbi & guests could get out of their cars & into the tent which was originally set up for the reception. Well, plans changed & Melissa & Eric had their ceremony on the dance floor surrounded by their family & friends & then the fun began. Everyone danced & partied all night to the sounds of Miami one of the www.ebetalent.com bands.One of the highlights was when Melissa sang "At Last" for Eric. She was truly fabulous! Nobody noticed the weather at all.

On August 22, Donna & I had a great day with Julia & Jonathan. Jonathan is from Scotland & as you can see wore the traditional garb. His dad & his best men also wore kilts. His Dad & Aunt traveled from Scotland & saw Philly for the 1st time. They had the ceremony at Rodeph Shalom the most beautiful synagogue ever. We then went to the Racquet club for dinner & dancing. Even the poring rain did not dampen the festivities. We had a great time at this lovely event.

One of the many things I love about the photography business is that I am providing my clients with memories of all the important events in their lives. On July 25th I was with one of my favorite families the Lenrow's. I photographed Sara's Bat Mitzvah & also her brothers Stephen & Matthew's Bar Mitzvahs. She was the most beautiful bride & I teared up when her mom & I watched her get dressed. She married a very handsome, nice guy named Scott & I hope to be able to photograph their children. Their wedding took place at the Inn at Penn, a boutique Hilton Hotel at 36th & Samson. The catering staff at the Hotel is one of the best to work with. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Their guests danced the night away to one of the CTO bands.

July 18th turned out to be the perfect day for a wedding. Donna & I had such a good time with Pam & Ben & their families. The ceremony & reception was at the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel & because the weather was so fabulous they had the ceremony in the courtyard in the round. The decor was provide by Beautiful Blooms & they outdid themselves. The head table had a tree in the middle with crystals hanging down. There were cascading orchids everywhere. The music was provided by Eddie Bruce & the crowd danced all night.

Last night & today we had our bi-monthly BCA events. For those of you that follow my blog the BCA is a business development group. The Philadelphia franchise is owned by Ron & Liz Jaworski. This month our speaker was financial journalist & author Jean Chatsky. Many of you know her from her many TV appearances. She gave us so many tips on how to keep our finances on the right track. Last night the cocktail reception was at the Hub in the Cira Center. This morning we had our largest ever breakfast crowd at the Union League. Even though it's a very early morning for me it pumps me up all day. Our newest members Hy & Rich Goldberg from Safian & Rudolph Jewelers dressed Joleen, Chrissie & Jenna in gorgeous jewels. Unfortunately they made them give them back at the end of the breakfast. Oh well!

On June 27th, Donna & I spent the day with Joy & Mike & 34 members of their Bridal Party including 10 children. We had the best time! The kids were so well behaved & everyone was gorgeous. We started our day at Joy's parents home in the greater Northeast & then moved on to the church which was right around the corner. We ended up, after a slight detour to see Joy's grandparents who could not make it to the wedding, at the Sheraton Society Hill. The band was from NY & had the crowd on the floor all night. At one point they played Double Dutch bus & Mike held the fake rope while the dancers jumped over. Joy & one of the guests levitated in the air. Their friends were all so much fun I think they take after Mike who had the best time ever. Well enough said I have to go back to editing all of the great photos we took that day.

Nothing is more fun for me then working with a family again & again. I photographed Barbie's Bat Mitzvah ( Troy's mom ) & his parents Barbie & Joe's Wedding. I also photographed Joe's Mom's Birthday Party. Last Saturday, Donna & I photographed Troy's Bar Mitzvah. We met the family before the service at Main Line Reform & then we went to Restaurant Taquet in the Wayne Hotel for a luncheon. Everyone was enraptured over the candlelighting montage that we produced. I noticed some tears in the audience. The evening party was mostly for Troy's friends & some friends of Barbie & Joe's. They had a rock concert & a DJ at Maddies a bar in Malvern. The place rocked all night.

I belong to a fabulous Business Development Group the BCA. At the breakfast last week our speaker was Rocky Bleier formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers. After hearing his story we were all motivated to succeed dispite the economic downturn or other so called obstacles we all face. Early on in his career he was wounded in Vietnam and told that he would never play football again. Not only did he play but he was with the Steelers when they won 4 Superballs. All of the BCA members where trying on his 4 Superball rings. Talk about Bling!

This past Saturday Donna & I had the best time with Denise & Martin at their amazing Wedding. The Church was St. John's on 13th street. What a gorgeous alter! We went roaming around the city after the ceremony & when we arrived at Love Park we found a group of breakdancers doing their thing. Denise & Martin stopped to watch & the dancers were posing for the camera. What fun! We then went to the Rittenhouse Hotel where the party was & the crowd danced all night to the Heartbeats who were just fantastic. A great time was had by all.

Awesome Band

Late yesterday afternoon I received a call from my long time friend Eddie Bruce. I have worked with Eddie many times over the years & every event we work together he gets the crowd up & on the dance floor. Last night he was making a video of his band for his new website & he asked if I would come over to take a few shots of the band in action. Donna & I went to the Prince theater where they were doing the recording & we had a blast. If you ever need a band for an event or if you see an ad about Eddie doing Cabaret (which he has done at the Prince & in New York) get tickets immediately.

November 8th, Donna & are partied with the Shalit family for Jordyn's Bat Mitzvah. This was the 2nd time I've done photography & video for this family. I was at Alexa's Bat Mitzvah a few years back. It was held at Woodcrest Country Club with decor by Dale & Michael Lieberman of Petal Pushers. The crowd danced to the exciting Emcee Richie who was provided by Norma Michaels Entertainment. He had the crowd in a fever from beginning to end.

On December 6th, Donna & I spent the evening with the Hassman family. It was Corey's Bar Mitzvah & it was held at the new Westin Mt. Laurel. What a gorgeous family & what a fun party. The crowd danced to the music of the Marc Rose Orchestra & they really rocked the house. The dance floor was crowded all night. Jill (mother of Corey) put together a photo montage that had everyone laughing & crying.

On November 23rd Donna & I found ourselves out in the cold again. It was well worth it for the beautiful images we captured. Vandrea & Jonathan had a fabulous Wedding at the Ballroom at the Ben. The bride's family came from Brazil to share in their special day. The ballroom looked spectacular with flowers & decor by Ten Pennies. The Quake provided great dance music & helped set up the entire group for a photo from the balcony. Dave Williams of www.dvideography.com did a same day edit that he showed to the crowd that night. It really captured the day & the audience went wild!

Donna & I had so much fun roaming around the freezing cold city on November 22nd with Marla & Adam. Marla works at the Comcast building so we couldn't resist taking a photo in their spectacular lobby. The Wedding took place at the beautiful Westin Hotel & the Fabulous Ann Catania from Ten Pennies supplied the decor. They danced to the sounds of CTO Manhattan.

I've been so busy this fall I've been neglecting my blog. On November 15th at Radnor Valley Country Club Donna & I spent the day with Diane & Lee & their families. Lee's beautiful daughter Alexa was the flower girl & Diane's brother David was given leave from the Navy to give her away. The forecast was for rain all day but it managed to hold off until we got some outdoor portraits. They partied to the fabulous sounds of London an EBE Band. Diane & Lee honeymooned in Tahiti. Donna & I wanted to go with but alas we were't invited.

On September 13th, Donna & I spent the day with Monica & David. We started the day in Monica Mom's home in Turnersville & then went to St. Charles Church about a mile away. There is a beautiful statue out front of the church which was dedicated to Monica's father who has passed away. We stopped on the way to the reception at the Union League to take photographs in front of City Hall. The crowd danced the night away to the sounds of Vegas one of the EBE bands.

On September 9th, Donna & I spent the day with Lexi & Jon & their families & friends. I had photographed Lexi's sister Danielle's Wedding several years ago & it's always special when the family invites you back. This was the 1st time we've worked at the gorgeous Pearl S. Buck Estate in Perkasie. The flowers & the room decor were provided by Donna of Beautiful Blooms. This was a Jewish Wedding with all the wonderful orthodox traditions. The dance floor was packed all night- no one sat down except to eat.

On August 9th Donna & I spent the evening at the Radisson Warwick with Bonnie & Devitt & friends & families. Bonnie's family was small but Devitt's family was pretty large. There were 31 in the bridal party. We started with Bonnie getting ready at the hotel & then took a walk to Rittenhouse Square. It was a gorgeous day & along the way we stopped for a photo op at the new Parc Restaurant. The room was decorated by Jeff Cooper from Mitzi & Associates & it look awesome. The crowd danced to The Quake.

What a fun Wedding! On August 2 Donna & I & my video crew spent the evening with Abby & Craig's family & friends at The Ritz Carlton. The Room decor & flowers done by Ten Pennies looked spectacular. The glossy dance floor really set off the room. In the corners of the room there were draped lounges. The crowd partied with CTO Soho & the dance floor was packed all night. This gave my video crew some fabulous action to capture.

I belong to a fabulous Business Development Organization called the Business Clubs America. The Philadelphia Franchise is owned by Ron Jaworsky. Every other month we have a cocktail event hosted by one of the members and the next morning a breakfast event with terrific motivational speakers. This month's cocktail event was hosted by Arcadia College and held in their historic castle. The breakfast is always at the Crystal Tea Room. This month's speaker was Olympic Gold metal winner Bruce Jenner. He should also win a father of the year award for having 10 kids. He gave us a great inspirational talk.

On June 15, 2008 Donna and I had the most fun with Candace and Ben and their beautiful, happy boy Jonah. This was the first time I've been to the Manor House in Horsham. What a great place to have an event. The scenery was spectacular as was the food and the attention to detail by the catering staff was incredible. I have known Candace's parents for some time now and it was great meeting Ben's family and seeing how close both families are. I look forward to seeing Jonah grow up and spending more time with all of them.

I have been working with the Edelstein family since before Matthew was born and now he is graduating High School. I have been documenting all of their events, birthday parties, first holy communion, family portraits and beach portraits over the last 17 years. I don't know where the time has gone. I feel really blessed that I have such a wonderful family as clients and I hope to be with them for many more happy occasions. Matthews graduation party was at the Mansion at Voorhees and was a great success. One of the highlights of the evening was when Matthew and his band performed.

On June 28th, 2008 I photographed Stephanie & Albert's Wedding at the beautiful Valleybrook Country Club in Blackwood, NJ owned by one of our most famous ex- Eagle's Ron Jaworski. Both of his daughters were in the bridal party. The bride & groom were one of the most fun couples to work with. It was rather warm that day but everyone ignored the heat & partied on.

Academy of Social Dance

I photograph the Annual Showcase for the Academy of Social Dance located at 2009 Samson Street. I have been doing this for over 20 years and it is my very favorite event. The students at the Academy are very serious about their dancing. They are all professionals in their daytime jobs, many are Doctors, Lawyers and CEO's of major companies. It is held at the prestigious Union League where the students invite their friends and families to see them perform. It is like watching Dancing with the Stars.

A few weeks ago I was invited to Baltimore by Cigna Health Systems to photograph their yearly convention. Last year it was in Philly and I photographed Geena Davis and Emmett Smith with all of the attendees. This year I was so excited to photograph Hilary Swank, Deion Sanders and General Peter Pace who is head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I love working with the Cigna people and I can't wait to see who I will be photographing next year!

On March 15th I had the pleasure of working with a family I have known forever. I photographed Tori's parents wedding and her Aunt and Uncle's wedding. Her grandmother and I worked together when she was in the floral decorating business. Tori's Bat Mitzvah was at the beautiful Hotel Dupont. We produced a montage of Tori growing up and it rocked the house. The room decor looked spectacular as did Tori. She was the sweetest young lady and I hope to photograph her wedding one day, I know she will be a gorgeous bride.

Captain Jim Lovell

I was hired to photograph a speaker at a corporate event in The Rittenhouse Hotel. I didn't know who I was photographing until I showed up. It was Captain Jim Lovell who was head of the Apollo 13 space mission. I saw the movie but hearing him describe all the events that took place on that mission was remarkable. He explained in detail everything that happened. It was just amazing that he lived to tell the tale.

I recently had the good fortune to photograph Senator McCain when he was in Philly for a fund raiser at The Rittenhouse Hotel. He was so nice to work with and kept thanking me for being there. Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani was there to lend his support.
