Lauren's Bat Mitzvah

It's always so much fun to work with a family that has been a fabulous client for a long time. We recently had the pleasure of photographing Lauren Rimerman's Bat Mitzvah. We had photographed her uncles Bar Mitzvah, her aunts Wedding, & her parents Wedding. She was an absolute joy to work with. She did a great job at Temple that morning & she partied all afternoon at her luncheon. The event was held at the E Lounge

in Cherry Hill, NJ. The venue was decorated to look like a dance club. Even though it was during the day everyone was out on the dance floor having a great time!

ALICE & LEO

Another awesome Richardson Event! On July 20th, Donna, Felicia & I had the pleasure of working with all the Richardson's again. We recently photographed Albert's Graduation & this time it was Alice's Wedding. They tented the back and the side of their Chadds Ford home (one tent for the ceremony and the other for the dinner dance). The cocktail reception was around their pool. The family looked gorgeous in their formal attire. The catering was by Jimmy Duffy Caterers and was simply delicious. The crowd danced to the sounds of the Sterling Band supplied by Norma Michaels Entertainment. The dance floor was hopping all night and they ended up keeping the band overtime.

Albert's Graduation

On June 1st Donna, Felicia & I were so excited to be working with the Richardson Family again. They were celebrating Albert's High School Graduation & what a celebration it was! Their pool was covered with a glass dance floor & a tent. They had a band for cocktails, another band until 11pm & then a DJ to rock the party out. The entertainment & lighting was provided by
Norma Michaels Entertainment. She also provided a balloon artist & face painter for all the young children to enjoy. The food was provided by
Jimmy Duffy Caterers . There was everything from shrimp to lobster tails for the seafood lovers & french fries & steak for the meat eaters. The dance floor was packed all night. Albert is continuing his education at the College of Aviation in the fall of 2013. We wish him the best of luck!

 

BCA January

Last Friday morning we had our bi-monthly BCA Breakfast. We usually have it at the Union League but they are renovating so we had it at the National Constitution Center. My good friend Larry Cohen of Brulee Catering is the caterer there. The food was the best ever. I hope we have it there from now on. Our speaker was Commander Kirk Lippold who was the Commanding Officer of the USS Cole when it came under a terrorist attack by al Queda in the port of Aden, Yemen. His motivational talk was fabulous! He explained how he and his crew saved the war ship from sinking. He brought with him his navigator and her husband.

Dana & Adam

What a great time Donna, Felicia & I had photographing Dana & Adam's Wedding on October 13th. The bride & groom dressed at the Loews Hotel & then we walked over to the Crystal Tea Room for the ceremony & reception. Their guests danced the night away to Big Ric's band. The food, the music & the love in the room made this a fabulous wedding.

Jen & Mike

I just Love it when I work with a bride who I have been photographing since she was a little girl.   What a beautiful bride as well! We met up with Jen at her Mom's house in Blackwood, NJ. We the went to the church which was right around the corner. After church we went to the High School where Jen & Mike & most of the bridal party wet to school. We took the photos out on the football field where Mike played football. We had a great time! We then went to the reception which was held at the gorgeous Merion Caterers in Cinnaminson NJ. It was a long day but the band was great & the dance floor was crowded all night long.

Women's Development Initiative

Last Thursday Donna & I had a great time working with the Women's Development Initiative from Saul Ewing. It was held at the new center city Barnes Foundation. What a spectacular exhibit! The food catered by 1st & Fresh was delicious. The event drew over 400 people & we know they all had a great time.
